Our Origin

The owners Alex and Chuck have always dreamed of owning a gym of their own one day. In 2020 they had just discovered they were having their first child when the world shut down.  Alex was terminated due to the pandemic, so she and Chuck took this opportunity to start working with clients who were struggling to stay active at home with limited access to fitness equipment. By 2021 they had built their client base both in person and virtually to a point in which they could no longer work from their home garage, so they expanded into a new facility. going from 500sq ft to 3000sq ft and adding on new trainers. In 2023 they expanded further into a 7000 square foot facility to accommodate even more events and training styles. Today they host several events from strongman to lady's night doing everything they can to engage the community and build the fitness culture.
